Job summary

INEOS USA is seeking a Site Shift Lead to act as the on-site management representative across Acetic Acid, Plasticizer-168, Utilities and Logistics. The role covers rotating 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends and holidays, with responsibility for safety, staff readiness and operational continuity.

You will lead incident response as on-scene Incident Commander, supervise staffing, trainings and handoffs, and drive execution of maintenance and process improvements while enforcing INEOS Life Saving

Qualifications

18 Years of Age with a High School diploma or GED.
10+ years of plant operations experience that includes significant process troubleshooting.
5+ years Console Operator experience.
Supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership competencies preferred; prior supervisory experience required if less than 5 years' experience in plant operations with other companies.

Responsibilities

Serve as a management representative on each shift for operations across assets and act as on-scene Incident Commander in emergencies.
Support operations, laboratory, logistics, asset support and contractor resources on site during off-hours.
Lead safety, staffing, training, rounds and handoffs to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
Coordinate emergency response, permit reviews, and safe work practices per site procedures.
Drive improvement in housekeeping, civil, and asset condition across shifts.
