Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Leominster, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification required for every RN; ACLS if current.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for delivery and management of patient care from admission to discharge.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care within assigned clinical setting.
• Delivers and documents patient care per policy; assists physician with procedures as required.
• Participates in quality improvement and nursing governance activities.
• Maintains professional growth and supports staff development.
