Qualificações

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is a requirement for every RN unless ACLS certification is current.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process for delivering and managing patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment.
• Develops and coordinates individual care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care in the assigned setting.
• Delegates tasks according to job description and competency.
• Documents patient care according to procedures.
• Educates patient and family as needed.
• Ensures quality and continuity of care through collaboration with providers.
• Administers medications and assists with procedures.
• Participates in nursing governance activities.
• Supports professional growth and staff development.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
