Job summary
Ares Real Estate Exchange (AREX) within Ares Management is seeking an experienced Product Specialist to provide dedicated 1031 and 721 exchange product support across distribution channels. You will work with wirehouses, RIAs, private banks, and family offices to advance tax-efficient real estate investments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required and FINRA licenses (7 and 63) or equivalent.
- Experience in financial services with real estate or alternative investments preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication needed to explain complex concepts to professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise on 1031 exchanges, 721/UPREIT transactions, and AREX funds.
- Communicate AREX platform benefits to financial advisors and investors.
- Source, manage, and convert 1031 opportunities into transactions.
- Travel with distribution and management teams as needed.
- Coordinate with closing teams to ensure timely execution.
