The AREX Product Specialist will provide dedicated 1031 and 721 exchange product support to internal and external distribution teams across all channels, including wirehouses, private banks, RIAs, regional firms, independent broker-dealers, and family offices. This role represents Ares in the distribution of private placement offerings that allow investors to sell investment real estate and defer capital gains taxes under IRC Section 1031, as well as pursue passive diversification through investments in Ares-sponsored real estate funds via 721/UPREIT transactions.

Base salary range: $130,000 – $150,000. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. The range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other applicable qualifications specific to the role.
