Kelly Services in Troy, MI is seeking a 100lb Lifter/Assembly Technician II for a temp-to-hire role. Shift is Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm. You will use hand and basic power tools, track orders in internal systems, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on assembly or manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks without step-by-step supervision.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with physical components.
• Experience using hand tools and basic power tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical procedures.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Assembly Technician II ensures that every unit shipped performs reliably in the customer's facility. With 3-5 years of hands-on assembly experience, this role works independently to assemble, inspect, and prepare components that meet high quality standards.

This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement and safety.

Key Responsibilities (Job Duties)
