Job summary

Kelly is hiring Non-Builder Assembly Associates to support Motorola’s electronic assembly line. This hands‑on role is temporary and offers first and second shift opportunities with competitive hourly pay.

You will unpack components, pack finished products, and assist the shift supervisor with basic computer tasks. No prior electronics experience is required, but a willingness to learn, ability to stand for the full shift, and attention to detail will help you succeed.

Pay Rates & Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday‑Friday, 6 am-2:15 pm ($17.50/hr)
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45pm–11:00pm ($19/hr)

What You’ll Do

• Unpack components and materials for assembly
• Pack finished products and prepare parts for shipping
• Support the shift supervisor with tasks, including basic computer work

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout your shift
• Lift up to 35 lbs independently; team lifting for 50+ lbs

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous assembly or electronics experience is a plus (not required!)
• Ability to stand and move for the full shift
• Willing to learn and collaborate within a supportive team
• Basic computer and key entry skills
