Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our home-based treatment team. You will work 1-1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering ABA-based activities in a home setting.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, collecting progress data, and supporting families in using treatment strategies. Flexible part-time/evening hours with potential for guaranteed hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and others.
• Be responsive to clients, families and supervisors.
