Joe Lamb Jr. & Associates in Kitty Hawk is seeking a Guest Services Manager to join our vacation rental team. You will work with guests before and during their stay and assist homeowners with questions, concerns, and property-related issues.

Excellent communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Weekend availability and holiday hours may be required; a competitive benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and service requests before and during stays.

Joe Lamb Jr. & Associates is seeking a Guest Services Manager to join our vacation rental team.

This position plays an important role in the services we provide to both our vacation rental guests and homeowners. The Guest Services Manager works closely with guests before and during their stay while also assisting homeowners with questions, concerns, and issues related to their property.

This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and service requests before and during their stay.
• Assist in resolving guest issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding questions, concerns, maintenance issues, and services related to their property.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and other departments to address property and guest needs.
• Help troubleshoot maintenance issues and communicate appropriate information to guests, homeowners, and service personnel.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company software systems.
• Work with multiple computer applications and property management software throughout the day.
• Handle a variety of situations while maintaining a courteous, helpful, and professional attitude.
• Assist with other guest and homeowner service responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to listen, interpret concerns, and communicate effectively.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm when handling challenging situations.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of home maintenance and repair is helpful.
• Comfortable working with multiple computer programs and software applications.
• Previous experience in vacation rentals, property management, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is required.
