Job summary

Joe Lamb Jr. & Associates in Kitty Hawk is seeking a Guest Services Manager to join our vacation rental team. You will work with guests before and during their stay and assist homeowners with questions, concerns, and property-related issues.

Excellent communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Weekend availability and holiday hours may be required; a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in vacation rentals, property management, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and service requests before and during stays.
• Resolve guest issues professionally and promptly.
• Communicate with homeowners about questions, concerns, maintenance, and services.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and other departments.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and relay information to guests/owners.
• Maintain records in company software.
• Use multiple computer programs and property management software.
• Maintain courteous, helpful, and professional attitude.
• Assist with additional guest and homeowner service tasks as needed.
