Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree or 60 semester hours from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Experience supporting students in school, SPED, accessibility, scribing, or related setting preferred.
• Must meet paraprofessional requirements (ESSA) and pass criminal history/child protection checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one assistance during lessons and activities.
• Assist with note-taking, keyboarding, and organizing materials for the student.
• Support use of assistive technology and classroom devices.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support the student's access to instruction.
• Maintain student confidentiality and adhere to district policies.
