Advanced Behavioral Dimensions LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support BCBA-designed behavior plans for toddlers, children, and teens. You will provide direct ABA therapy, collect data accurately, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes flexibility in scheduling and ongoing professional development as part of a growing practice focused on compassionate, high-quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with toddlers/children/teens preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting.
• Implement Behavior Support Plan as directed by the BCBA.
• Accept feedback and work to meet areas of need.
• Prepare and assist in constructing instructional materials.
• Complete clinical data collection and daily administrative work accurately.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Participate in in-service trainings and staff meetings.
• Debrief caregivers after each session.
• Maintain confidential health information.
• Complete authorized therapy hours per client.
• Perform other job-related duties as directed.
