Job summary

gobravvo in Fleetwood, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for a medically complex student in a school setting. The role includes accompanying the student on daily bus transportation and maintaining a Monday–Friday schedule aligned with school hours.

Immediate start available; PA LPN license required. Experience with seizures, G-tube, mobility transfers, and pediatric care is preferred. Collaborative team environment and potential extension into next academic year.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license required.
• Experience with pediatric or medically complex patients preferred.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania school clearances.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one nursing care per physician orders and school policies.
• Monitor seizures and other acute medical conditions.
• Provide G-tube feeding and care as required.
• Assist with mobility, including two-person wheelchair transfers.
• Support student with incontinence care and hygiene needs.
• Facilitate communication for non-verbal student.
• Document care and communicate with school staff and family.
• Transport student to and from school daily.
