Job Description:

South Western School District is hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 nursing services for a 6th-grade student during the 2026-2027 school year. The student requires nursing support related to G-tube care and venting, along with monitoring of a seizure disorder. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking a consistent school-based schedule while making a meaningful impact on a student's educational experience.

Position Details:

• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Caseload: 1:1 Student Support
• Student Grade: 6th Grade
• Start Date: September 7, 2026
• End Date: May 27, 2027
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 8:10 AM - 3:15 PM
• Weekly Hours: Approximately 32.5 hours/week
