gobravvo is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for an elementary student with complex medical needs in Hampton, GA. The role covers the school day and bus transportation, emphasizing high-acuity nursing within a supportive educational setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an active GA LPN license, have experience with seizure monitoring and G-tube care, and be able to administer medications while collaborating with school staff to ensure safety and continuity

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Georgia LPN license.
• Experience with seizure monitoring and response is preferred.
• G-tube care and medication administration proficiency required.
• Experience with traumatic brain injury or high-acuity pediatric needs is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 nursing support for a fully dependent student during school hours and transportation.
• Monitor seizure activity and respond promptly following care plans.
• Administer medications and manage G-tube feedings per orders.
• Assist with daily living activities and ADLs as needed.
• Collaborate with school staff and health team to ensure safety and continuity of care.
