Job summary

Gobravvo in Dallas, PA, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – School Nurse to provide compassionate 1:1 nursing care for a medically fragile student during the school day and transportation. This full-time role ensures safety and wellbeing throughout the school day and ride home.

The ideal candidate will hold a PA LPN license or be eligible, with First Aid and CPR certification; instructor certification preferred. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Pennsylvania LPN license or eligibility to obtain licensure required.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR required; instructor certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing services for a student with multiple disabilities throughout the school day.
• Administer first aid and emergency care to students and staff as needed.
• Dispense prescribed medications and monitor the student’s medical needs.
• Train school personnel on First Aid, CPR, and AED usage to enhance campus safety.
• Maintain accurate health records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate clearly with students, staff and parents regarding health-related matters.
