Job summary

BlueCloud Staffing seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a School Nurse in a primary education setting. The full-time role focuses on 1:1 health care, medication administration, G-tube care, and daily health monitoring to support a student throughout the school day.

Ideal candidates hold an active PA LPN license with CPR/First Aid. Prior school or pediatric nursing experience is preferred; confidentiality and teamwork are essential in this role in Birdsboro, PA.

Qualifications

• Current, active Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• School nursing or pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with G-tube feeding strongly preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate health documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care and daily health monitoring for an assigned student.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including G-tube feeding.
• Monitor and assess student health status, responding promptly to medical needs or emergencies.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential student health records in compliance with regulations.
• Promote a safe and healthy school environment for all students.
