Job summary

You will help adapt and implement instructional materials, follow accommodation plans, and promote the learner’s independence while maintaining strict confidentiality of records.

Qualifications

• CNA preferred for assisting students with medical needs.
• Associates’ degree or high school diploma with relevant industry experience.
• Experience as a teacher or paraprofessional strongly preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for a student with medical needs.
• Assist or carry out lesson plans and modify instructional materials as directed.
• Use accommodations and materials to meet instructional objectives.
• Support integration into various settings and promote learner independence.
• Maintain documented records of strategies and milestones.
