Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Official college transcript evidencing 72.0 college-level quarter credit hours OR an Associate’s or higher degree OR Paraprofessional Assessment with score 455+.
• Completion of fourteen (14) hours of Fundamental Course of Study training in first year.
• Paraprofessional Assessment information through NWESD and Prometric testing centers.

Responsibilities

• Assist students one-to-one and in small groups to support instructional areas.
• Help manage student behavior and de-escalation.
• Assist teachers with learning materials preparation and classroom setup.
• Support students with special needs and adapt activities.
• Follow district policies and ensure student safety and records maintenance.
