Legacy Concierge is seeking an RN-licensed caregiver in California to provide dedicated 1:1 non-medical care at a client’s home for extended shifts. The role emphasizes compassionate, personalized support and strict adherence to client confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are dependable, and can document care activities thoroughly while coordinating with nurses and the care coordination team.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to provide 1:1 personalized non-medical care.
• Comfort with HIPAA and client confidentiality requirements.

Aufgaben

• Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client's home.
• Assist with activities of daily living and instrumental activities (ADLs/IADLs).
• Complete daily care notes accurately in agency systems.
• Communicate changes in client status to care team.
