Legacy Concierge seeks a compassionate Caregiver to provide dedicated 1:1 non-medical care in clients' homes, typically during 8–12 hour shifts. You will support ADLs and IADLs, document care notes, and escalate any changes to the care team. Strong communication and privacy with HIPAA are essential.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of caregiving experience, are a CA Registered Home Care Aide, and can work independently while delivering compassionate, personalized care in a private setting.

Formación

• At least 5 years of professional or personal caregiving experience or equivalent education/clinical hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work competently in a 1:1 private care environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with questions when clarification is needed.
• Strong communication, documentation, professionalism, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client’s home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care, transfers, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, and reminders.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, companion care.
• Complete daily care notes accurately and timely using agency systems.
• Communicate changes with RN Care Ambassador or Client Care Coordination team.
• Maintain reliable schedule and punctuality; communicate scheduling changes per policy.
