Legacy Concierge is seeking a caregiver to provide dedicated 1:1 non-medical care in clients' homes. The role emphasizes personalized care, strong communication, and reliable, compassionate service across shifts that may run 8–12 hours.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of caregiving experience, is a Registered Home Care Aide in CA, and can work independently while documenting care notes and coordinating with the care team.

Formación

• At least 5 years of professional caregiving experience or equivalent education.
• Registered Home Care Aide in good standing (CA only).
• Proof of negative tuberculosis test/chest X-ray.
• Demonstrated ability to work competently in a 1:1 private care environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client's home.
• Support ADLs such as personal care, transfers, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, medication reminders.
• Support IADLs such as meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, companion care.
• Complete daily care notes accurately and timely using agency systems.
• Communicate with RN Care Ambassador or Client Care Coordination team for changes or concerns.
• Maintain a reliable schedule, arrive on time, and communicate scheduling changes.
• Comply with HIPAA and infection control standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information.
