Legacy Concierge seeks compassionate caregivers to provide 1:1 non-medical in-home care with a person-centered approach. You will support clients in daily living activities and maintain thorough, timely documentation.

You will communicate promptly with the RN Care Ambassador and Client Care Coordination team, ensure scheduling reliability, and uphold compliance with HIPAA and safety standards while delivering respectful, patient-centered care.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of professional or personal caregiving experience.
• Current CA Registered Home Care Aide in good standing.
• Proof of negative tuberculosis test/chest x-ray.
• Ability to work competently in a 1:1 private care environment.
• Strong communication, documentation, professionalism, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client's home.
• Assist activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care, transfers, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, reminders.
• Assist instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, companion care.
• Complete daily care notes accurately using agency systems.
• Care for clients with conditions like Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, COPD, etc.
• Escalate changes in client status to RN Care Ambassador or Client Care Coordination team.
