Job summary

Legacy Concierge is hiring a licensed RN to provide 1:1 non-medical home care for clients in their own homes on 8–12 hour shifts. The caregiver will support ADLs and IADLs, document care notes, and escalate changes to the RN Care Ambassador team.

Commute within 20 miles and adhere to HIPAA and safety protocols are required. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient, and professional care in a private home setting with ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited BSN Nursing Program.
• Minimum 5 years of hospital experience, in-home concierge nursing experience, or skilled nursing experience.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Registered Home Care Aide in good standing (CA only).
• Proof of negative tuberculosis test/chest x-ray.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client's home.
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care, transfer assistance, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, medication reminders.
• Support instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, companion care.
• Complete daily care notes accurately and in a timely manner using agency document systems.
• Communicate with the care team when there is a change in client status or concerns requiring escalation.
• Maintain a reliable schedule and arrive on time.
