Job summary

Legacy Concierge seeks a compassionate 1:1 caregiver to provide non-medical home care for one client at a time, within the client’s home, often on an 8–12 hour shift. You will build meaningful relationships, deliver personalized support, and ensure high-quality, concierge-level care.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of caregiving experience, a CA Home Care Aide license, TB test clearance, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional caregiving experience or equivalent education/clinical hands-on experience.
• Registered Home Care Aide in good standing (CA only).
• Proof of negative TB test/chest X-ray.
• Ability to work independently in a 1:1 private care environment.
• Strong communication, documentation, professionalism, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client’s home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care and transfers.
• Support instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Complete daily care notes accurately and timely using agency systems.
• Communicate promptly with RN Care Ambassador and care coordination team for changes or concerns.
• Maintain a reliable schedule and arrive on time.
• Demonstrate Legacy Concierge’s client-centered care principles at all times.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of client information.
