Job summary

Legacy Concierge is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide 1:1 non-medical care in a client’s home, typically on an 8–12 hour shift. You will support daily living activities, document care, and communicate with the care team to ensure continuous, personalized support.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of caregiving experience, CA HHA, and excellent communication with families. Expect a schedule with Sun-Wed or Th-Sat, and opportunities for growth and reliable pay via weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional caregiving experience or personal caregiving experience
• Registered Home Care Aide in good standing (CA only)
• Proof of negative tuberculosis test/chest x-ray
• Ability to work competently in a 1:1 private care environment
• Strong communication, documentation, professionalism, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with required care documentation and HIPAA compliance

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client's home
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care, transfer assistance, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, medication reminders, hand hygiene
• Support instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, companion care
• Complete daily care notes accurately and timely using agency documentation systems
• Communicate promptly with the RN Care Ambassador and Client Care Coordination team about changes in client status or concerns
• Maintain a reliable schedule, arrive on time, and adhere to company scheduling policies
• Demonstrate Legacy Concierge's core values and client-centered care principles
• Comply with HIPAA and other health information regulations
• Promote positive, respectful communication with clients and families
• Maintain client and company information confidentiality
