Legacy Concierge is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide dedicated 1:1 non-medical care in clients' homes, typically for long shifts. You’ll build meaningful relationships, support daily living activities, and document care accurately while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and strong communication with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Registered Home Care Aide in good standing (CA only).
• Proof of negative tuberculosis test/chest x-ray.
• Ability to work independently in a 1:1 private care setting.
• Strong communication, documentation, professionalism, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client's home.
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care, transfer assistance, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, medication reminders, hand hygiene, etc.
• Support instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, companion care, etc.
• Complete daily care notes accurately and in a timely manner using agency document systems.
• Communicate with the RN Care Ambassador and/or Client Care Coordination team when there is a change in client status, incident, or concerns needing escalation.
• Maintain a reliable schedule, arrive on time, and report scheduling changes per policy.
• Demonstrate Legacy Concierge's core values and client-centered care principles.
• Comply with HIPAA rules and infection-control standards.
• Promote respectful communication to client/family and Legacy Concierge.
• Maintain confidentiality of all clients and company information.
