Legacy Concierge is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide dedicated 1:1 non-medical care in clients' homes, typically for 8–12 hour shifts. You’ll support ADLs/IADLs, document notes, and collaborate with a care team to ensure high-quality, personalized care.

The role requires at least 5 years of caregiving experience, CA Registered Home Care Aide status, and the ability to work independently in a private home setting while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional communication.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional caregiving or equivalent experience.
• Registered Home Care Aide in CA in good standing.
• TB test/chest X-ray proof required.
• Ability to work 1:1 in private home care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client’s home.
• Assist with ADLs and IADLs such as bathing, transfer, meals, light housekeeping, transportation as needed.
• Complete daily care notes timely in agency systems.
• Provide care for clients with conditions like Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, COPD, etc.
• Communicate with RN Care Ambassador and care team for status changes or concerns.
• Maintain reliable schedule and timely arrival; inform changes per policy.
• Demonstrate core values and client-centered care at all times.
• Comply with HIPAA and health information regulations; maintain confidentiality.
• Promote respectful communication with clients and families.
