Job summary

Legacy Concierge is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide 1:1, non-medical in-home care for clients, typically during 8–12 hour shifts. You will support ADLs, light housekeeping, and meal prep while documenting care notes and maintaining HIPAA-compliant standards.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, reliability, and a person-centered care approach, thriving in a personalized setting and building meaningful client relationships with families.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional caregiving experience or equivalent education or clinical hands-on experience.
• Registered Home Care Aide in good standing (CA only).
• Proof of negative tuberculosis test/chest x-ray.
• Ability to work independently in 1:1 private home care environments.
• Strong communication, documentation, professionalism, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client’s home.
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental ADLs as needed.
• Complete daily care notes accurately and timely using agency systems.
• Communicate with the RN Care Ambassador or Client Care Coordination team for changes.
• Maintain reliable schedule and punctuality.
