Legacy Concierge is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide 1:1 non-medical care in the client’s home for extended shifts. You will support daily living activities, companionship, and documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliant practices and professional communication with the care team.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of professional caregiving experience or equivalent education or hands-on experience.
• Proof of negative tuberculosis test/chest x-ray.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions while asking questions when clarification is needed.
• Strong communication, documentation, professionalism, and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client's home.
• Assist activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care, transfers, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, medication reminders and proper hand hygiene.
• Support instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship.
• Complete daily care notes accurately and promptly using agency systems.
• Coordinate with RN Care Ambassador/Client Care Coordination for changes in client status or concerns.
