Job summary

Legacy Concierge is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide dedicated 1:1 non-medical care in clients' homes, typically on 8–12 hour shifts. You will build meaningful relationships while delivering personalized care and maintaining strict privacy and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of caregiving experience or a CA Registered Home Care Aide certification, along with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional caregiving experience or equivalent education
• Registered Home Care Aide in good standing (CA only)
• Negative tuberculosis test/chest x-ray required
• Ability to work 1:1 private home environment
• Strong communication, documentation, professionalism, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• - Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client's home
• - Support ADLs such as personal care, transfers, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, and reminders
• - Support IADLs such as meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship
• - Complete daily care notes accurately using agency systems
• - Report changes in client status to RN Care Ambassador or Care Coordination team
• - Maintain reliable schedule and communicate scheduling changes
• - Comply with HIPAA and infection control policies
• - Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
