Job summary

Legacy Concierge is seeking caring, reliable caregivers to provide dedicated 1:1 non-medical care in clients' homes. Each shift typically spans 8–12 hours, enabling you to build meaningful relationships while delivering concierge-level support and personalized attention.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional caregiving experience or equivalent
• Registered Home Care Aide in good standing (CA only)
• Proof of negative tuberculosis test/chest x-ray
• Demonstrated ability to work competently in a 1:1 private care environment
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions and ask questions when clarification is needed
• Strong communication, documentation, professionalism, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client's home
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care, transfer assistance, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, medication reminders
• Support instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, companion care
• Complete daily care notes accurately and in a timely manner using agency document systems
• Experience providing care and support to clients with a variety of conditions (e.g., Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's)
• Communicate promptly with RN Care Ambassador and care coordination team for changes or concerns
• Maintain a reliable schedule and communicate scheduling changes per policy
• Promote Legacy Concierge's core values and client-centered care
• Comply with HIPAA and infection control regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of all clients and company information
