Legacy Concierge is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide 1:1 non-medical care in clients’ homes in a 8–12 hour shift. You will support ADLs and IADLs, maintain detailed notes, and communicate with the care team to ensure high-quality, personalized care.

The role emphasizes compassionate, relationship-focused care in a home setting, with HIPAA compliance, reliable scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth within a concierge care model.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional caregiving experience or personal caregiving experience and/or equivalent education or clinical hands-on experience.
• Registered Home Care Aide in good standing (CA only).
• Proof of negative tuberculosis test/chest x-ray.
• Demonstrated ability to work competently in a 1:1 private care environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions and ask questions when clarification is needed.
• Strong communication, documentation, professionalism, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 personalized non-medical care in the client's home.
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care, transfers, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, medication reminders, hand hygiene.
• Support instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship.
• Complete daily care notes accurately and in a timely manner using agency document systems.
• Communicate promptly with the RN Care Ambassador and/or Client Care Coordination team when there is a change in client status or concerns.
• Maintain a reliable schedule, arrive on time, and communicate scheduling changes per policy.
• Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
