Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Wayne, NJ team. This full-time role offers 1:1 patient care in the home setting with independent work and strong team support.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPN license with current, unrestricted registration in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for client according to the plan of care.
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed.
• Documenting nursing actions and communicating with family, case manager, and physicians.
• Coordinate supplies, medications, and feeds as needed.
• Ensure patient needs are met per physician instructions.
