Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services Corporation, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Wayne, NJ. This PRN role focuses on delivering one-on-one in-home care, coordinating with MD orders and family caregivers, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license, CPR certification, and 1 year of nursing experience; drivers license required.

Qualifications

• RN with current unrestricted license in the state of practice and residence is required.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.

Education

Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor)
