Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 behavioral support for a high school student with behavioral and mental health needs during the 2026-2027 school year. The role focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans, supporting skill development, and collaborating with teachers under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• RBT training completed (40 hours).
• RBT Competency Assessment passed.
• RBT Examination passed.
• Current RBT certification in good standing.
• Knowledge of the RBT Ethics Code.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to a high school student during the school day.
• Implement BIPs and treatment programs developed by a BCBA/BCaBA.
• Apply ABA principles and evidence-based strategies.
• Collect, document, and maintain behavioral data.
• Support development of social, emotional, behavioral, and functional skills.
• Assist with crisis prevention and de-escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success.
• Communicate with team members and families as appropriate.
• Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development.
