Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based, 1:1 student support role in Devon, PA. The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with approximately 7 paid hours per day and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

The ideal candidate provides dedicated behavioral and academic support, collaborates with teachers and specialists, and applies positive reinforcement to facilitate learning and emotional regulation throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or students preferred.
• Experience in ABA or related settings preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral and academic support to an assigned student.
• Redirect the student's attention to classroom tasks and directions.
• Reinforce positive behavior, classroom expectations, and appropriate social interactions.
• Collect and document behavioral data as required.
• Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and other school professionals.
• Assist with additional student needs when required, including health-related tasks.
