The Judge Group is seeking two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 behavioral support for students during the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, school-based role focuses on supporting students with challenging behaviors while working under supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA.

RBTs will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and help students develop academic, social, and emotional skills in a supportive educational setting.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Completion of the required 40-hour RBT training program.
  • Successful completion of the RBT Competency Assessment.
  • Successful completion of the RBT Examination.
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to the RBT Ethics Code.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and behavioral management skills.

Full-Time | School-Based | 1:1 Student Support

Position Overview
The Judge Group is seeking two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 behavioral support services for students during the 2026-2027 school year. These positions focus on supporting students with aggressive behaviors, emotional regulation challenges, and significant mental health needs within an educational setting.
The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect behavioral data, and support students in achieving academic, social, and emotional success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to assigned students.
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and treatment programs as developed by the supervising BCBA/BCaBA.
  • Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Collect and maintain accurate behavioral and progress data.
  • Support the development of social, emotional, behavioral, and functional life skills.
  • Assist with preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school personnel, service providers, and supervisors.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, families, and treatment team members as appropriate.
  • Utilize de-escalation techniques and behavior management strategies during challenging situations.
  • Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in accordance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Completion of the required 40-hour RBT training program.
  • Successful completion of the RBT Competency Assessment.
  • Successful completion of the RBT Examination.
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to the RBT Ethics Code.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a school setting.
  • Experience providing one-on-one behavioral support services.
  • Experience supporting individuals with aggressive behaviors.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents with emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.
  • Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) or similar behavioral intervention training preferred.
