Job summary

All About Caring Home Care LLC seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 support in structured home environments. You will assist with ADLs, daily routines, health monitoring, and behavioral support.

Engaged staff who can follow structured service plans, document accurately (SOAP), and handle overnight shifts are essential. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with DHS NetStudy 2.0 background checks.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to provide hands-on care.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to follow structured service plans.
Professional boundaries and reliability required.
Must pass DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check.
Preferred: 1+ year DSP/PCA/IHS/HCBS caregiver experience.
Preferred: experience with behavioral dysregulation.
Preferred: experience with seizure disorders or medical needs.
Flexible for evenings, weekends, and awake overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals)
Support structured daily routines and independence goals
Monitor health, seizure activity, and behavioral changes (as assigned)
Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies
Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
Support community participation and transportation needs
Complete accurate and timely SOAP documentation
Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols
Overnight shifts may be assigned and require alertness throughout the shift
