Job summary

All About Caring Home Care LLC is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 support in structured home environments. You'll implement individualized service plans, assist with ADLs, monitor health, and support community participation.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals).
Support structured daily routines and independence goals.
Monitor health, seizure activity, and behavioral changes as assigned.
Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies.
Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks.
Support community participation and transportation needs.
Complete accurate and timely SOAP documentation.
Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols.
