Job summary

All About Caring Home Care LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide 1:1 support to individuals in structured home environments. You will perform hands-on ADL assistance, support daily routines and independence goals, monitor health and behavior, and follow structured service plans.

Overnight shifts may be required; evenings and weekends are available. Reliable transportation and DHS background check required.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to provide hands-on care.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to follow structured service plans.
Professional boundaries and reliability required.
Must pass DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals).
Support structured daily routines and independence goals.
Monitor health, seizure activity, and behavioral changes (as assigned).
Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies.
Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks.
Support community participation and transportation needs.
Complete accurate and timely SOAP documentation.
Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols.
