Job summary

Access Services, Inc. seeks a caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in Glenside, Flourtown, Ambler and Willow Grove.

Full-time and part-time roles available; shifts 9AM–7PM on weekdays and Saturdays, supporting in homes or community settings. You will follow care plans, document outcomes, participate in training, and collaborate with families and case managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Background checks, physical examination, and driving history record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities per individual plans.
• Provide supports via interventions including crisis management, emotional support and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain case notes for individuals served.
• Engage in supervision, training and professional development.
