Access Services is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for full-time and part-time roles to support adults with developmental disabilities in the Glenside, Flourtown, Ambler, and Willow Grove areas. Shifts run 9 AM to 7 PM on weekdays and Saturdays, with paid training provided.

No prior experience is required; we provide paid training. Benefits include PTO, a 401(k) match, and mileage/toll reimbursements.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Background checks and driving history required.

Mansioni

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Follow care plans and use approved interventions.
• Maintain case notes and document outcomes.
