Job summary

Access Services is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with developmental disabilities in Levittown, Morrisville, Langhorne and Bristol areas. The role includes providing personal care, community-based support, and home-based assistance with daily living activities.

Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is required. You will work a 9AM–5PM shift on weekdays and Saturdays, with a starting hourly rate of $17 and opportunities for increases based on

Qualifications

Must meet background checks, physical exam, and driving history requirements.
Ability to assist with daily living activities and personal care.
Comfortable working with individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

Direct Support Professionals assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes or in the community.
Provide supports per the care plan using approved interventions, crisis management, and positive reinforcement.
Maintain accurate case notes and participate in supervision and professional development.
Engage in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.
