Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living, working, and engaging in community settings. You will join a team staffing multiple community homes in PA, providing compassionate care and skill-building support.

The role offers full-time and part-time shifts, with paid orientation, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Willingness to accompany those you serve into the community while maintaining dignity and rights.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to transport individuals in CSG vehicles.
• Willingness and ability to travel to an identified group of community homes.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in developing life skills to reach their highest potential, including interaction, cooking, housekeeping, money management, and personal hygiene.
• Support individuals' preferences and ensure their interests are respected.
• Help individuals reach goals to be more independent by offering guidance, instruction, and role modeling.
