Job summary

Access Services is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support adults with developmental disabilities in Levittown and surrounding areas. Roles include both full-time and part-time schedules with shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays and Saturdays.

Paid training is provided, and employees may earn PTO and 401(k) benefits. DSPs help individuals in homes and community settings, offering personal care and daily living assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Ability to provide personal care.
• Willingness to learn ISP plans and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Follow care plans and approvals, provide emotional support and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain accurate case notes and participate in supervision and training.
• Engage in activities to promote daily living skills and independence.
