Job summary

Access Services is seeking a caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time opportunities in the Levittown, Morrisville, Langhorne and Bristol areas. The role supports adults with developmental disabilities, with shifts 9AM–5PM on weekdays and Saturdays.

No experience required; paid training provided, with PTO and 401(k) match for eligible staff. You will assist in homes and community settings, follow care plans, document outcomes, and engage in ongoing training while promoting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Background checks and driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Follow care plans, provide emotional support, and document outcomes.
• Engage in supervision, training, and professional development.
• Maintain case notes and participate in ongoing ISP activities.
