Job summary

Access Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time roles in the Levittown, Morrisville, Langhorne and Bristol areas. Shift options are 9AM–5PM on weekdays and Saturdays, with paid training provided.

You will support adults with developmental disabilities and autism, helping them live meaningful lives in home and community settings. No prior experience needed; compassionate, reliable individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Creative problem solving and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to teach basic daily living skills.
• Ability and willingness to provide personal care.
• Knowledge of basic family dynamics.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with individuals, their families, case managers and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support Professionals will assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities in the region where you serve.
• Provide supports as outlined in the individual's plan of care utilizing approved interventions.
• Maintain appropriate case notes for the individuals served.
• Engage in supervision, training, and professional development.
