Zusammenfassung

Allaboutcaringmntc is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide 1:1 support in structured home environments. You will implement service plans, assist with ADLs, monitor health and behavior, and help participants achieve independence.

Requirements include being at least 18, having a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to follow plans, strong communication, and passing DHS NetStudy 2.0. Evening, weekend, and awake overnight shifts may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Must provide hands-on care and follow structured service plans.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.
• Ability to pass DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on ADL assistance (dressing, hygiene, mobility, meals).
• Support routines and independence goals.
• Monitor health, seizures, and behavioral changes as assigned.
• Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies.
• Assist with meals and light household tasks.
• Support community participation and transportation needs.
• Complete SOAP documentation and follow incident protocols.
