Job summary

All About Caring Home Care LLC is looking for Direct Support Professionals to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes. You will follow structured service plans, assist with ADLs, and monitor health and behavior to promote independence.

Strong communication and documentation skills are essential and overnight shifts may be required. Applicants should be at least 18, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (dressing, hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals).
• Support structured daily routines and independence goals.
• Monitor health, seizures, and behavioral changes as assigned.
• Implement positive support and de-escalation strategies.
• Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Support community participation and transportation needs.
• Complete accurate and timely SOAP documentation.
• Follow incident reporting and emergency protocols.
